Why Donate?

Rino - Blood Donor I am a Red Cross blood donor that won't give up.  I tried to give blood when I was 18, but was declined in both my junior and senior high school years. Once I got to college, I was deferred again. I was finally able to give blood and have given twice. I love donating blood. The thought of being able to help save three people’s lives every time I go makes me feel like a better person.

Anyone who has previously held DACA can now apply for renewal!

Todo aquel que haya tenido DACA previamente puede aplicar (leer abajo para español)

On January 16th, 2018, federal immigration authorities announced they have resumed accepting requests for renewals in DACA. What does this mean?

  • Those, whose deferred action has already expired or will expire within the next 180 days, should consider submitting applications as soon as possible.
  • They won't be processing applications for those who have never before received DACA protections and no new applications will be accepted.

If you need help with your renewal, El Centro just announced today that they have free assistance. Email them at (Inestefes@elcentroinc.com) for an appointment. They also have financial help available thru KS/MO DREAM Alliance.  We do not how long they are going to be accepting renewals. If you have questions feel free to stop by room 159 after school and talk to Ms. Tolentino.
